Esta ha sido la primera gran reforma de este reglamento desde la \u00faltima hace unos 20 a\u00f1os&#8230; de ah\u00ed que los cambios sean bastante impactantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como extranjero, seguramente le gustar\u00eda ser el primero en conocer todos los detalles y c\u00f3mo se aplican a su situaci\u00f3n, y a la de sus queridos.
