{"id":4943,"date":"2023-04-19T09:56:24","date_gmt":"2023-04-19T09:56:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intellegal.com\/2023\/04\/19\/drivers-licenses-in-the-eu-exchanges\/"},"modified":"2023-09-12T14:01:53","modified_gmt":"2023-09-12T14:01:53","slug":"drivers-licenses-in-the-eu-exchanges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intellegal.com\/es\/2023\/04\/19\/drivers-licenses-in-the-eu-exchanges\/","title":{"rendered":"Permisos de conducir en la UE: canjes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"entry-title fusion-post-title\">Permisos de conducir en la UE: canjes<\/h2>\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<h3>Canje de permisos de conducci\u00f3n de pa\u00edses de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, Islandia, Liechtenstein y Noruega<\/h3>\n<p>REQUISITOS<br \/>\n* Tener el lugar de residencia en Espa\u00f1a.<br \/>\n* No ser menor de la edad establecida por la legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola.<br \/>\nEste tr\u00e1mite es voluntario y puede solicitarse en cualquier Jefatura Provincial de Tr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n<p>DOCUMENTOS NECESARIOS<br \/>\n1. <strong>FORMULARIO DE SOLICITUD<\/strong>: impreso oficial disponible en las Jefaturas de Tr\u00e1fico y en la p\u00e1gina web de la DGT (www.dgt.es) en el que conste una declaraci\u00f3n responsable de no estar inhabilitado legalmente para conducir, de no ser titular de otro permiso de conducci\u00f3n expedido en la UE o EEE de la misma categor\u00eda que el solicitado o que haya sido restringido, suspendido o retirado y TAL\u00d3N FOTO debidamente cumplimentado disponible en las Jefaturas de Tr\u00e1fico.<br \/>\n2. <strong>TARIFA II.3 (2015)<\/strong>: 27,70 \u20ac. Tres formas de pago: online www.dgt.es, con tarjeta bancaria en las Jefaturas de Tr\u00e1fico y mediante domiciliaci\u00f3n bancaria o en efectivo en entidades financieras (modelo de impreso 791 disponible en las Jefaturas de Tr\u00e1fico y en www.dgt.es).<br \/>\n3. <strong>PRUEBA DE IDENTIDAD Y RESIDENCIA<\/strong>: Documento Nacional de Identidad o NIE en vigor o pasaporte y cualquier otro documento que solicite la Jefatura de Tr\u00e1fico donde se tramita la solicitud de intercambio.<br \/>\n4. <strong>PERMISO DE CONDUCCI\u00d3N EUROPEO<\/strong>: permiso original v\u00e1lido y una fotocopia<br \/>\n5. <strong>FOTOGRAF\u00cdA<\/strong>: una fotograf\u00eda original de 32 x 26 mm en color y tomada sobre un fondo liso, de frente y sin nada que cubra la cabeza, sin gafas de sol ni cristales tintados o cualquier otro elemento que pueda impedir o dificultar la identificaci\u00f3n de la persona. Los velos pueden ser aceptables en fotograf\u00edas de solicitantes que, por motivos religiosos, lleven la cabeza cubierta ocultando su cabello, con la \u00fanica limitaci\u00f3n de que su rostro completo debe ser visible desde el nacimiento del cabello hasta la parte inferior de la barbilla, de modo que no impida o haga problem\u00e1tica la identificaci\u00f3n de la persona.<\/p>\n<p>CASOS ESPECIALES<br \/>\n<strong>REPRESENTANTE<\/strong>: Si el titular del permiso de conducir no presenta la documentaci\u00f3n, su representante deber\u00e1 presentar su DNI oficial y la autorizaci\u00f3n del interesado para poder realizar el tr\u00e1mite, especificando que es gratuito.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n acreditativa de los datos de matriculaci\u00f3n (domicilio) e IAE (impuesto de actividades econ\u00f3micas) podr\u00e1 ser sustituida por una autorizaci\u00f3n expresa para que la Direcci\u00f3n General de Tr\u00e1fico pueda verificar telem\u00e1ticamente dicha informaci\u00f3n. Para ello, el solicitante deber\u00e1 marcar la casilla correspondiente en el formulario de solicitud o rellenar el formulario de consentimiento expreso disponible en la web de la DGT o en las Jefaturas de Tr\u00e1fico.
