{"id":4947,"date":"2023-03-30T09:55:56","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T09:55:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intellegal.com\/2023\/03\/30\/car-registration-spanish-resident\/"},"modified":"2023-09-12T14:05:26","modified_gmt":"2023-09-12T14:05:26","slug":"car-registration-spanish-resident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intellegal.com\/es\/2023\/03\/30\/car-registration-spanish-resident\/","title":{"rendered":"Matr\u00edculaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos en Espa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"entry-title fusion-post-title\">Como residente en Espa\u00f1a: c\u00f3mo matricular mi coche&#8230;los requisitos<\/h2>\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Puedo hacerlo cuando:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requisitos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los solicitantes deben haber tenido su residencia habitual fuera del territorio espa\u00f1ol durante al menos doce meses consecutivos antes del traslado.<\/li>\n<li>El medio de transporte debe haber sido adquirido o importado en condiciones normales de imposici\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds de origen o de procedencia y no debe haberse beneficiado de ninguna exenci\u00f3n o devoluci\u00f3n del impuesto devengado con ocasi\u00f3n de su salida del pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li>Los medios de transporte que deben haber sido utilizados por el solicitante en su antigua residencia por lo menos seis meses antes de la fecha en que abandon\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>El registro debe solicitarse en un plazo de 60 d\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>El transporte al que se aplique esta exenci\u00f3n no se transmitir\u00e1 durante el per\u00edodo de doce meses posterior a la matriculaci\u00f3n. El incumplimiento de este requisito determinar\u00e1 la exacci\u00f3n fiscal referida a la fecha en que se haya producido dicho incumplimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Los extranjeros que trasladen su residencia a Espa\u00f1a, lo acreditar\u00e1n mediante certificaci\u00f3n del Consulado en su pa\u00eds de origen en Espa\u00f1a, donde conste las circunstancias de la anterior y la alta residencia en el consulado como extranjero residente en Espa\u00f1a, este requisito de justificaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 acreditarse mediante la adquisici\u00f3n de hecho de medios de transporte en los que deber\u00e1n figurar impuestos satisfechos con motivo de la adquisici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Si el propietario del medio de transporte no se encuentra en posesi\u00f3n de una factura o se deducir\u00e1 de su pago los impuestos adeudados podr\u00e1n acreditarse que el requisito mediante certificado expedido por la autoridad fiscal del pa\u00eds de origen, en la declaraci\u00f3n de tales extremos cierto.<\/li>\n<li>La utilizaci\u00f3n previa de medios de transporte podr\u00e1 acreditarse mediante la factura de adquisici\u00f3n de los mismos en la que conste la fecha de adquisici\u00f3n si el titular de la misma no se encontrara en posesi\u00f3n de la correspondiente factura, pudiendo acreditarse dicho requisito mediante certificado expedido por la autoridad fiscal del pa\u00eds de origen, en el que conste la misma fecha.<\/li>\n<li>Los medios de transporte matriculados exentos de cambio de residencia habitual, no deben transmitirse durante un periodo de 12 meses despu\u00e9s de la matriculaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como residente espa\u00f1ol, estas son las cosas que debe tener en cuenta al matricular un coche en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":4660,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[81,87],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4947","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-advices-es","category-consultation-es","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
