RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TREATMENT
The personal data that we may collect directly from the person concerned will be treated confidentially and will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activity owned by LEGAL IMMIGRATION S.C.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

LEGITIMACY AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
At LEGAL IMMIGRATION S.C. the processing of personal data is carried out on: – the basis of the contractual relationship established for the provision of the requested services and legitimate interest, or.

The legal basis that protects us for the processing of your data on our website is the CONSENT and if you are already our customer, the legal basis is the EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT.

TERM OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

At LEGAL IMMIGRATION S.C. we intend that the personal data provided be kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from the purpose for which they were collected.

Criteria for the conservation of the data: they will be kept for the period established by law, as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, as long as the contractual relationship is maintained, as long as their deletion is not requested by the interested party and they should not be deleted because they are necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or for the formulation, exercise and defense of claims. They will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or their total destruction.

If the User revokes his/her consent or exercises the rights of cancellation or suppression, his/her personal data will be kept blocked at the disposal of the Administration of Justice during the legally established periods in order to attend to possible liabilities arising from the processing of the same. Subsequently, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or their total destruction.

DATA OF MINORS

Our company will not collect or process personal data of children under 14 years of age, without giving full compliance with the requirements set out in the applicable data protection regulations and EU Regulation 679/2016. The processing of a child’s personal data shall be considered lawful when the child is at least 14 years old. If the child is under 14 years of age, such processing shall only be considered lawful if the consent was given or authorized by the holder of parental authority or guardianship over the child, and only to the extent that it was given or authorized.

As indicated in the EU Regulation 2016/679 and the Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights those candidates who provide us with their data we request their consent in a clear way in the collection of their personal data and the uses that we are going to give them. For this reason we provide the information in a clear and concise manner, also indicating to the candidate that he/she may request a copy of his/her data, which will be offered in a structured format.

Our company maintains a rigorous privacy policy with the data of the people who have established relationships with us by sending us their curriculum vitae.

Therefore, we inform you that your data have been included in our record of processing activities in order to keep you informed of the various job vacancies that occur in our organization.

The data provided will be kept until a job vacancy is filled or until you exercise your right of deletion. The data will not be passed on to third parties. LEGAL IMMIGRATION S.C. we have a commitment to data protection and gender equality and therefore we are committed to ensuring respect in the processing of personal data to the principles contained in the regulations on data protection, specifically in Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation. 

We thus acquire the commitment to prevent, raise awareness and act in cases where we are aware of cyberbullying, whether it is labor or sexual.
LEGAL IMMIGRATION S.C. through this statement of commitment, we become aware of the risks posed by the Internet and ICT in relation to this type of behavior and promote a culture of respect for the privacy of individuals and awareness in the use of personal data.
