 A. TOURISTIC VERSUS LONG TERM RENTING

Deciding between renting out your property for touristic (or short term) versus long term renting isn’t always easy. Even though Spain is a tourist destination for which touristic rentals are a logical choice, you need to look at the pro’s and con’s of both options…and we help you make the best choice for you.

Candidates to rent your property are duly screened to the level you require. For this we apply our tools and interview the candidates in person. Prior to making a decision, we present you with the most-fitted candidate(s) so you can make a sound decision.

 D. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Our property management services range from collecting rents, paying utilities, changing utilities, to full management of the property itself. We can take care of scheduled cleaning, surveillance of the property, maintenance and repairs. This service is offered and tailored to you optionally.

You are either managing all or parts yourself, or we can handle it all for you so that the rental income flowing into your account is all you are exposed to.

E. PREPARING YOUR PROPERTY FOR RENTAL
